How do your colleagues describe you?
“Tiffany is sharp, driven, and leads with heart. She pairs strategic thinking with genuine generosity, isn’t afraid to tackle hard challenges, and somehow makes ambitious work feel energizing and fun.”
Why do you do what you do?
I do this work because it’s meaningful and because I love a good puzzle. Give me a challenge, a curious collaborator, and a whiteboard, and I’m all in. I thrive on creative problem-solving, brainstorming new possibilities, and turning big ideas into practical action. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching a business owner gain confidence, find a clearer path forward, and get excited about what’s possible. Small businesses are the heart of our communities, and I feel incredibly fortunate to play a small part in helping them grow, adapt, and succeed.
