Leadership/Goal setting - You will begin the strategic planning part of your business; goal setting, both for immediate and long term, goals and objectives with tasks assignments
Finance Management series - Introduction to basic business financials; Profit and Loss statement, understanding your Cash Flow, and properly creating a Chart of Accounts in a bookkeeping program. Including EOY Tax preparation.
Sales and Marketing - Identify the difference between Sales and Marketing. Hands on creation of functional color-coded Marketing Plan and strategic layout for a Sales Plan. Industry expert speakers will outline your online digital options and the creation of low-cost social media target campaigns.
The Legal Forum - A local attorney will outline business entities, speak on minimizing your legal risks, and facilitate a robust Q&A covering a wide range of topics.
Human Resources 101 - An industry Human Resource expert will outline the art of hiring and firing while minimizing your risks and facilitate a hands on job description work session
