This class will guide participants through a process to identify key personas (customer segments) they currently have and want to reach. You'll walk through the process to thoroughly define what makes each group tick, what motivates them, what they value, determine who they are, along with how they think and behave. Ultimately, you'll learn how you can best reach and serve them, while getting your team on board to make it happen.
