March 6 – Cash Flow and Budgets

Budgeting, forecasting, and projecting provide ways for the entrepreneur to look toward the future and to make goals. This course will help you develop financial techniques to make reasonable and achievable goals and to monitor the progress toward achieving those goals.
March 13 – Estimates and Proposals
Making clear and complete estimates are crucial for the success of entrepreneurs, just as important are pricing, on-time completion, and collection of invoices. This course covers all those topics and more relating to inventory and accounts receivable.
March 20 – Reports
Meaningful reports are absolutely necessary in order to make good business decisions. This course enables managers to design reports which serve their individual needs.
