Small Business Management (SBM) Level 2
9 sessions from November 2020 to June 2021, cohort meeting one evening a month for 3 hours. This course builds on knowledge outlined in SBM Level 1. Application will be sent to attendees and scholarships and discounts will be determined upon receipt. Payment to be collected during Fall Term.

Surviving and Thriving during COVID-19
Systems
Strategic Leadership planning
Advanced Financial Management – Working through a Financials Road Map using Profit Mastery concepts. Introduce ratio analysis within your financials, and continue to expand on your business strategic planning so you feel more connected with your business.

Trends and analytics – Develop tracking techniques for overall Online Media plans and introduce Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and how it can benefit your business

Creating Sales Plans – Deep Dive into your sales planning goals for better traction, and work on obtaining and retaining employees

Employee Management – How to avoid the hazards of hiring and firing.

Book Club discussion – Each year a top-rated business publication is discussed throughout the course.
