Why do you do what you do?

I love being able to help people reach their dreams and give them the tools and encouragement needed to be successful. Being an owner is difficult, but with the right people in your corner, great achievements are possible. As a bilingual former small business owner, as well as a corporate HR professional, my well-rounded knowledge brings important perspectives to the community we serve, allowing for their further success.

Bio:

Estella Woodley has been in human resources for 20 years. During that time, she owned her own business before working in the manufacturing and healthcare sectors. Estella has held various volunteer positions in her community, including Rotary, Klamath Home Builders Association, and Society for Human Resource Management. She currently serves on the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Estella leads the Small Business Management Program for the KCC SBDC.
