Starting a small business is life-changing. You need support and encouragement from people who have stood where you are standing. I love coaching because when I see that enthusiastic spark it’s so rewarding. I enjoy meeting new people and helping folks gain the skills and confidence to go out on their own to build a life of joy and wealth.


He has worked with hundreds of small business owners on business planning and growth. His professional background includes management consulting, organizational leadership, strategic planning, operations analysis, and team motivation. Dr. Allen holds a Ph.D. from Walden University with an emphasis on operations management and MBA from George Fox University with a dual focus on entrepreneurship and leadership. He holds certifications in Six Sigma (Black Belt), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and is a John R Wooden Certified Coach.
