Why do you do what you do?

I LOVE small business owners! Their businesses create unique communities and staff have enormous impact on the bottom line of the business and on the customer/member/guest.

Businesses need support with equipping staff to deliver consistently excellent customer service experiences. This decreases employee turnover, owner stress, and increases earnings. PLUS people need skills to positively impact others!

As a previous owner of a boutique hotel I understand the challenges and struggles business owners face. I have a clear vision on how to help business owners create an environment of excellence for both their employees and your customers.
