Why do you do what you do?
I love that I am able to help empower others to keep expanding themselves by serving as a bridge to a network of supportive resources. I greatly value working alongside like-minded individuals invested in developing a vibrant community of clever small business ideas. I see my job as an opportunity to spread joy, and that remains a cornerstone of my purpose.
Bio:
Talaina was born and raised in the PNW; hailing from Washington State. She has had an exploratory career working across many different fields; spanning from floristry, recruitment, biomedical, digital marketing, to supported employment. She specializes in multi-dimensional administrative roles with a focus on employee and client engagement.
After earning her B.A. in Sociology and Communication studies in Seattle, she has filled support roles in Connecticut, New York City, New Zealand, rural Washington and now rural Oregon. She is an avid traveler, road trip enthusiast, and owner/operator of a small and sustainably focused clothing brand.
