Teri Fladstol

How do your colleagues describe you?

Teri is down-to-earth and makes information easier to understand and use. She is knowledgeable, genuine, caring, respectful, and simply amazing.

Why do you do what you do?

One of my favorite things is to work a jigsaw puzzle! The chaos on the table with 1000 pieces and no idea of how much time or effort will be involved in the project, but knowing when it is all done, YOU did it. Similarly, I love working with clients who come in with bits and pieces of a dream and being able to help them take the pieces to create a framework to move forward and encouraging them to continue one piece, one step at a time.

Bio:

Teri often tells people that she started on the “other side of the desk,” having used the services of the SBDC herself when she started her consulting business after 25 years of working in office administration and bookkeeping. Teri now serves other businesses as a wise and experienced adviser. Her passion for guiding and inspiring entrepreneurs has assisted the community on a larger scale than she anticipated.

Teri and her husband Steve have lived in Tillamook 20 years. As a community member, Teri’s connections to the community span across 4-H, Boy Scouts, homeschooling, and now enjoying life with their two children and spouses with the added bonus of the grand ‘fur’ babies.
