Why do you do what you do?

As a business adviser, I get to meet all kinds of interesting people and investigate a variety of ideas and situations. Helping others succeed is fun.

Bio:

Wendy works as an independent personal financial coach and adviser to businesses and nonprofit organizations. Until 2017, she worked in large multinational companies in the San Francisco Bay Area for more than 25 years as a tax and accounting professional. She enjoyed leading teams, solving complex financial problems, and meeting thousands of deadlines. Wendy holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Linfield College and is a CPA licensed in California and Oregon. She has volunteered in Lincoln County as a tax preparer with AARP’s Tax-Aide program and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children. Wendy enjoys music, the arts, hiking, kayaking, reading, and travel.
